Elevate Our City Foundation (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on elevateourcity.org and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, and optionally phone number, organization and message when you join our email list, reserve gala seats, pledge, or contact us.
- Donation details: when you donate, our payment platform, Zeffy, collects your payment information directly. We receive your name, email, amount and frequency, never your full card number.
- Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) processed by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for security and abuse prevention. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To process donations and send receipts.
- To send the updates you asked for (news, gala, volunteering, sponsorship).
- To reply to your messages and coordinate gala reservations.
What we never do
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We never publish the names of families who receive help.
Donor privacy
We will not share donor names publicly without permission. Sponsors are recognized only as agreed with them.
Your choices
Reply “unsubscribe” to any email, or ask us at info@elevateourcity.org to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare (website hosting, email routing and data storage), Google (email inbox), and Zeffy (payments). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
